Velocity Vape Hardware Warranty
The Limited Warranty offered by Velocity Vape applies to all hardware, eg Kits, Mods, Tanks and Rebuildable Atomisers
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Velocity Vape will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. If a repair or replacement cannot be provided, Velocity Vape will issue a credit note or replacement to the full value of the original purchase price.
The Warranty Period is 3 calendar months from the date of purchase on full price hardware. Sale hardware carries a 1 calendar month warranty.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
To claim on your warranty, you must return your item to Velocity Vape with either the original, or email receipt and ALL packaging.
Please note that without these the warranty is not valid.
